Founder of Urban Wise Woman

Urban Wise Woman grew from a lifelong devotion to the wisdom ways that have guided humanity across generations. Long before I became a psychologist, I was drawn to dreams, mythology, symbols, creativity, and the quiet wisdom found in nature. I have spent more than three decades exploring the practices that help us slow down, reconnect with the rhythms of the Earth, and awaken the wisdom already living within us.

My path has woven together many traditions. I have studied Jungian psychology, somatic healing, Intentional Creativity®, and initiatory traditions rooted in earth-based spirituality, including Tibetan Bon Shamanism and Dianic ritual practice. Along the way, I came to understand that these were not separate paths, but different expressions of a timeless truth: wisdom is awakened through meaningful experience, relationship, creativity, ritual, and our connection with the natural world.

Urban Wise Woman is where these threads come together. It is a place where women gather in circle, create with intention, honor the seasons, and cultivate lives rooted in beauty, meaning, and belonging. Here, ancient practices meet modern life through creativity, ritual, symbolic exploration, and community, inviting women to remember what has always lived within them.

I believe wisdom is not taught. It is awakened. My role is not to provide answers, but to create thoughtfully held spaces where women can slow down, listen deeply, trust their intuition, and discover that the guidance they seek has been quietly unfolding within them all along.

Whether we gather in circle, create together in the Alchemical Studio, or meet through Wiser mentorship, my hope is always the same: that every woman leaves feeling more deeply connected to herself, to the Earth, and to the wisdom she has carried all along.
